--- Rendition First Look - There's a review of Rendition - think Gyllenhaal, Witherspoon, Streep, Sarsgaard - up over here and it's not entirely friendly. Sayeth the reviewer:

"... it's definitely No Fun. Watching Rendition is like getting stuck in a conversation about politics with an overly earnest college student who stridently regurgitates every P.C. trope in the book and screams Bloody Murder if you try liven things up with an off-color remark or a sigh of resignation about the gigantic-ness of the social problem being addressed and the impossibility of solving it with a conversation like this."

--- Looking Forward To The Fall - Tis the time to look forward to the movies hitting screens over the sweater-season - ModFab made a list of much-anticipated movies here, and QTA did the same here. Looking through their lists I realize: I am going to spend so much money going to the movies this Fall. Honestly, the number of films coming out that I am dying to see is well into the double digits.

--- Muriel Part Two - I so wish director PJ Hogan and Toni Collette would collaborate again; he's just announced his next project, called Confessions of a Shopaholic, and while I know nothing about the book besides it's one of those ever-popular "chick-lit" books of the past few years, I say he cast Toni right now. I have no idea if she's right for it, but... come on, Toni is right for everything.

--- Here Comes Anna Cottontail - That "Anna Faris plays a Playboy Bunny in college" movie I've mentioned before has finally gotten a title: House Bunny.
