What John Waters Has Taught Me:That no matter how mentally prepared you are to watch a drag queen eat dog poop (and yes, that's the NSFW link to the actual NSFW scene; you've been warned), no matter how many years you've known it was there, no matter how much you steel yourself with liquor beforehand, the actual sight of it occurring will still manage to trigger your gag reflex, make you cover your eyes, and ultimately have to leave the room.

i think it might have been easier to watch if she'd actually swallowed instead of gagging, spitting some of it out, and trying to make fake faces of pleasure while gagging over it again. but only a little bit easier. watching people barf always makes me want to barf.
