--- Lord help the Mister... a sorta-positive-but-not-totally review of Douglas Buck's remake of Brian DePalma's Sisters from SXSW is up over at Cinematical, and I must admit I'm curiouser and curiouser about this one (I previously spoke of this remake, and linked to its trailer, here)... as much as I do enjoy DePalma's original, when people keep claiming that this remake feels like the original if David Cronenberg had directed it I kinda pass out from giddiness of the thought.
--- TFE reviews the ballet version of Edward Scissorhands playing in Brooklyn right now, which normally is so not my cuppa but I do love that knife-handed freak... thankfully Nat pretty much tells
--- Mahogany speaks! That's Vinnie Jones' character's name in The Midnight Meat Train for the Clive Barker uninitiated (and has nothing to do with Diana Ross). Anyway, there's a brief chat with Mr. Jones over at SciFi Wire, where he says of the film:
"It's just in your face, raw as they come."
Let's hope so! This is a terrific - original! Imagine that! - story that could be completely terrifying if translated right. (link via Sean)

I actually really like Cobie Smulders on How I Met Your Mother. She's almost as good as Aly Hanigan on that show (which is saying a lot).
I cannot imagine her as Wonder Woman at all though, which just makes me even more excited.
