Nat finished up our collective We Can't Wait! Countdown for the Movies of 2007 today with a wonderful choice for #1 that I don't think any of us have any problem seeing take the top spot. Go check it out, as well as his comprehensive lil' run-down of the entire countdown right on here.
Great fun was had by all! Was a truly pleasure and an honor chatting with Nat and Joe and Gabriel and Stinky.

And a special round of applause for Nat, the man who brought it all together in his always-astonishingly tireless fashion. Great job!

I think the studio just didn't know what to do with Zodiac. I am not worried about it being crap because as far as I'm concerned Fincher is incapable of making crap. If I'm to be proven wrong, so be it, but he hasn't made a movie I haven't liked yet. But if it's just two hours of staring at Fincher's fine camerawork and Jake's face, I'll be enthralled anyway.
That's awesome that you know all that about Kim Novak! I'd totally stalk her if I were that close. Good for her for living a small, what sounds like happy life, though, away from all the nonsense. That fire-news is sooo horrible, though. Tragedy, indeed.
Tell me about it, re: Chris Evans. I just don't think he can eat, at all, in order to look like that. Damn.
Oh, and I don't know enough about Oregon's geography to even hazard to guess that this could be the case, but I'll be the ignorant fucker who asks anyway: is Ashland anywhere near Myrtle Creek? My best friend from college is from Myrtle Creek, Oregon, that's why I ask. I know it's a huge state; they're probably nowhere near each other.
