I've been anxiously awaiting word from Ebert himself as to how he's doing, and he's posted an email up at his blog about his status.
Sounds like he's holding up well enough, though there have been complications that've had him hospitalized for longer than he expected. But he says he's got a big TV and DVD played set up and he's going to watch Half Nelson, so I'm glad he's slowly easing himself back into the game.
