Only watch this trailer if you've got a strong stomach, it's pretty damned gross. I'd forgotten about even seeing this trailer a few weeks ago, til CHUD just reminded me, and I must admit I'm looking forward to Slither; it looks like good gory campy fun a la Tremors.
