This story freaked me out.
This guy tore up a credit card application he got in the mail, the same way I and probably most of us do. He then proceeded to tape the thing back together, fill it out with a different address than they had sent it to (his parent's house), used his cell phone number, and then mailed it back, and sure enough he received a credit card in the mail at his parent's house soon thereafter worth $5000.
We're all screwed.
