So, according to here, Jake didn't get nominated for the Golden Globe because he was submitted by the Hollywood Foreign Press, the mysterious dudes who hand out these awards, as a lead actor and not a supporting one. Which... well, it really is borderline. Jake's role is pretty damn big, but Heath's is arguably the main character... and see, Jake's got a better shot for supporting! Give the boy a bone!

But, really, what-the-f-ever. Jake still should've won a spot. Anyway, it's okay, it's just the freaking Globes. And Jake, I still love you baby! You can come handle my globes any time.
