Had a good, full weekend, and am suffienctly hungover and tired this morning. I'm still recovering from a bout of excessive bourbon-tippling Saturday evening, which had me especially queasy all day yesterday and, apparently, extending until now. Good times.
Serenity rules. Disappointed to see it only managed 10 million and 2nd place, but that'd be a lot worse if I hadn't loved it as much as I did. And... I did. LOVE it. Was thoroughly entertained. And... mortified at what Joss done. I'll do a review later today when I feel less groany, and probably indulge in spoiler-talk then, but... highly traumatizing moments were involved.
Also saw Sympathy For Lady Vengeance last evening at the NY Film Fest, which I'll also, presumably, get around to talking about in time. A beautiful movie, though.
Just now, though, I need to rest my brain.
