Eh... Maybe? I used to be a die-hard Glen Powell watcher but gave up about the 'Top Gun' period. He is almost always waxed slick, nothing has been terribly well written for him in a while and I no longer even know what his strengths as an actor might be. This story is... ridiculous. It's not terribly well done and the prosthetics gag took me out of what little story there was. Couple that with everything else... I fast-forwarded for skin and have been consistently disappointed. He is (can be) physically beautiful. He has charm in spades, and for me, that has worn thin.
