Neon has just inveiled that the lovely new poster for Alice Rohrwacher's upcoming movie La Chimera starring Josh O'Connor and Isabella Rossellini, along with the news that we'll be getting a trailer tomorrow and that they're releasing the movie on March 29th. This movie was #19 on my 20 favorite films of 2023 list and I have to admit I thought it had gotten a small release last year -- if I'd known it was coming out in 2024 I'd have probably saved it for next year's list. Oh well -- just consider my love when you think about what you're doing on March 29th, I suppose. Here is my review from when I saw it at NYFF in the fall. And I'll post the trailer tomorrow! I suppose this means we're having a very Joshy springtime this year, since Luca Guadagnino's film Challengers is out on April 26th. Speaking of I don't think I ever posted the latest (very Valley Girl) poster for that? Here that is:
