We are one week away from the finale of the fifth season of Fargo and as I said on Monday -- the show is really rocking it this year. There were things I liked about the fourth season (Ben Whishaw and Jessie Buckley spring to mind) but that season felt scattered, whereas this one is laser-focused and absolutely riveting. And a big part of that is due to itself having a killer villain in Jon Hamm's piece of shit Sheriff Tillman. And so I wrote about just that today for Mashable -- click on over to read that here. It's frankly the best work Hamm's done in quite some time and finally convinced me that the dude should probably only play dicks forever and ever. he's really good at dick y'all!

Love this season so much. What do you make of Jennifer Jason Leigh’s accent, I love it……also her speech about Freedom Fighters/Insurrecters wanting Freedom is like wanting to live like a baby was fantastic and I quote it often…..”you’re fighting for your right to be a baby”
Watch Hamm on the current season of The Morning Show. His villain work there is a bit more nuanced, for lack of a better word, although he’s outstanding on Fargo.
He should make a Marvel-like film called HAMMACONDA FOREVER.
This is an incredible season, every performance is top notch. Juno Temple carries the show, on her little shoulders.

Agreed- he's really frightening in this season. In the last episode, be sure to freeze-frame and read the chat bar on the side of his Livestream. There's comments from "Matt G", "Mitch from Kentucky", "The Donald", and others!
