(via) I wasn't as big a fan of it as most people seemed to be at Sundance but Fair Play, the relationship thriller starring our cuddly little Alden here opposite Phoebe Dynevor as lovers and co-workers whose relationship unravels over a promotion, is on Netflix today! It's worth a watch, even if it felt to me like a script fished out of a 1993 garbage can in its "commentary" on heterosexual relationships of "the moment." I posted the trailer previously, right here, if you prefer. Alden is sexy in it, because he is Alden, but I felt like it needed to be more exploitative, more Verhoeven -- just way trashier basically. But then that's always my desire. Trash it up, people!
