Quote of the Day

"I’ve had it for six months. I’m very proud of myself. I’ve never grown one before and it’s been a huge success. People who have watched the show have really fetishized my stache... At the beginning, Ryan Murphy was like, 'He’s not having a mustache, we’re not going to do that.' And I sent him pictures and then he went, 'You can have the mustache.'"
-- Russell Tovey talking his AHS fetish-stache in Interview
Magazine with gay artist Oscar yi Hou (thx Mac).

Yeah, I dig the stache. Worked really well for the character.
This season of AHS was a huge improvement over the the last few seasons, closer in tone to American Crime Story. I'm not sure if it completely worked, but it was good. More sad than scary. Joe Mantello was fantastic.

I didn't watch the past couple of seasons because I was over it but the Tovey-stache got me to watch this one and I agree with all you said. It didn't hit 100% but it hung together far better than the show had in years and had some really weird interesting surprising stuff going on I appreciated
