After the fine success of director Ana Lily Amirpour's previous film A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night I was sad when I didn't like this movie, but it was no fault of Momoa's -- he was giving me everything I needed. And I guess Amirpour felt the same way because they're about to work together again, and on the most random project...

... a remake of Cliffhanger? What even is this world we live in now? I mean I remember liking the original Cliffhanger a lot in 1993 -- I think I saw it in the theater a couple of times, but circa 1993 I was seeing everything in the theater a couple of times. That was the year 1) I first had my own disposable income and 2) they opened a movie theater in my small hometown. You can see how that all worked out standing before you today! Anyway I guess if Cliffhanger needs to be remade Momoa's a fine person to star in it -- if you follow him on Instagram you've been watching him do the rock-wall thing for as long as I can remember. Plus he's obviously the same sort of movie star that Stallone was.
