Looking at this new photoshoot of Synonyms and We Are Who We Are beauty Tom Mercier for Vogue it occurred to me that if ever there was an actor primed to seize upon and truly own this "short shorts" moment we're in, it's him. He's got legs for miles. But looking further at this photo-shoot I realized that Tom also rocks half-shirts like nobody's business. And so I came to the conclusion that basically Tom Mercier should just always be outfitted in the skimpiest clothing possible. When clothing is necessary at all, of course.
