Good Morning, Mark Ruffalo

.
I meant to watch the first two episodes of Derek Cianfrance's HBO series I Know This Much Is True -- which has Mark Ruffalo playing twin brothers, one of whom is schizophrenic -- last night before doing this post this morning but, as with all things under quarantine-time, time got away from me. So I haven't watched the episodes yet. I'll watch them this morning, I think. Anyway I knew this scene was there because I'm like a truffle dog, sniffing out male nudity under every pile of wet leaves -- I always know. Plus, I mean, it's Mark Ruffalo. If he's not in a Marvel movie he's gonna try to wave his penis around -- it's what he does. Hit the jump to wave back...

I liked him in In the Cut. I thought that Meg Ryan's performance was brilliant. Poor Jennifer Jason Leigh - her part was cut too short. The book is good as well, if not better than the movie.

UG! Mark Ruffalo aside, this show is just TOO fucking depressing at this point in time. I remember reading the book ages ago and don't remember it being such a relentless downer, but Christ you have schizophrenia, divorce, dead infants, abusive fathers, mothers dying of cancer. There isn't an ounce of levity or light.
