so if you ask me, laughing is progress.
It is the birthday of Regina Hall today, who gave one of the year's very best performances in this film, even if all the stupid awards groups (I am not talking to you, Spirits, you can look away from this) are too gosh darn stupid to recognize that fact. So hurray for Regina Hall! happy birthday! Go watch Support the Girls right now, if you haven't already. Here's my review if you need further convincing (which you shouldn't, you should just listen to what I am already saying dammit).

Loved this and wouldn’t have watched it if you hadn’t reviewed it. It works!
She was also great in The Hate U Give which was a really good movie overall. They did a great job adapting it from the book.
I have a screener at home that I keep meaning to get to!
