I was trying to compile a mental list of all the lesbian or lesbian-adjacent movies I've seen this year - there's Disobedience and Good Manners and The Miseducation of Cameron Post and Blue My Mind and The Misandrists and Duck Butter and Geostorm and okay I was just checking to see if you were still paying attention with that last one. Anyway it's been a lot! And now there's Lizzie, Chloe Sevingy and Kristen Stewart's sapphic and splattered take on the Lizzie Borden legend, which is out in theaters this weekend and which I just reviewed over at The Film Experience.
