Oh my goodness, look at that! What happiness! Today MUBI shares with us the brand new poster for Rainer Werner Fassbinder's remastered television miniseries Eight Hours Don't Make a Day, which we've told you about a couple of times now -- it'll be playing for two weeks here in NYC at Film Forum starting on March 14th, which is kind of necessary, given it is eight full hours of programming to get through. I did it in one fell-swoop when they screened it in one fell-swoop at MoMA a couple of months ago and it was a big of an endurance test but totally worth it, seeing it on a big screen, and also just, you know, being forced to pay strict attention to it. Watching eight hours of something at home can lead to lots of bathroom breaks and sandwich excursions and the like. Anyway MUBI says this poster (designed by Sam Hadley) is actually on display at Film Forum right now so I might have to go
steal stare at it!
