If I were a responsible blogger I'd have attached a picture from Ken Russell's The Devils proper to this post, since the news is regarding that movie, but I just posted a couple of those last week when I used the movie for "Beauty vs Beast" so instead here's just an attractive picture of a younger Oliver Reed in something else. The Devils has never gotten a proper DVD (much less a blu-ray) release here in the US, so this is the only way to see the movie here. It did get a release in the UK, last year I think, so if you've got a region-free player have at it. But for the rest of us thirsty suckers this is excellent news indeed. Unfortunately, looks like this is the 109-minute version, not the pieced-together 111-minute version, but I'll still take it.
