Although I will admit Ryan looks really good with that new hair, it's still Ryan Lochte, and his whole frat boy douchey persona is so off putting. And Michael Phelps is another one that just puts a bad taste in my mouth and brain. So therefore here's something I haven't said since My So Called Life was on TV......I choose Jared Leto
