I would warn that these pictures from the set of Ridley Scott's new Alien film, subtitled Covenant, are spoilery... but honestly I have sat here staring at them for a couple of minutes and I have no idea what's happening in them. You really have to zoom in to get any details and even then all they really offer is an unfiltered look at the world Ridley's setting this new old chapter in, and the old-school magic of a film-set.
And it's the latter that interests me - I love the edges of what we're looking at! No doubt in the movie this will all seem epic, and get stretched infinitely thanks to CG, but here in the real world it's like a high school musical. Dance, Xenomorphs, dance!
