I have now seen Yorgos Lanthimos' new film The Lobster twice, and so I feel as if I can some with some certainty -- HOT DAMN! It's great you guys, great great great great great. Don't be surprised if this sucker's tops of my 2015 list whenever I get around to making such a thing, honestly. If the New York Film Festival had decided to just screen The Lobster fifty times instead of screening anything else I still would've gone to their theater as many times as I have to see all of these other things. But don't take my word for it -- take my word for it over at The Film Experience where I wrote up a review proper. And then sit on your hands and try not to faint from having to wait to see it yourselves. Just try! I dare ya.
