Kinda random road I took to get to thinking about Charless Farrell again this weekend - I watched a Barbara Stanwyck movie called The Purchase Price last night and he co-star therein was the handsome George Brent. (See here.) Farrell wasn't in the movie at all but there was something similar about them, yadda yadda, I was staring at Charlie pictures again. (See here.) I did a big gratuitous post on him a couple of years back, you might recall. These gifs are from 1928's The River, which you can watch pieces of on YouTube; I dunno if the whole thing is lost or what. But they got the important pieces!
