That's a good picture of Sam Claflin. Isn't that a good picture of Sam Claflin? (Here are lots of good pictures of Sam.) It almost makes me forget how sodden I've found his performances in the Hunger Games movies... almost. Not really though. I loved Finnick so in the book, and find him such a snooze on-screen. And now comes word Sam might be snoozing up a whole new franchise, because snoozing up Hunger Games and Snow White and the Huntsman and the Pirates of the Caribbean hasn't been enough - now he's taking his Ambien Act to a galaxy far far away. On top of the Riz Ahmed news from earlier comes word that Claflin is also up for another leading role in the Star Wars spin-off called Rogue One. And yeah okay I might've literally just bitched about Sam's performance inadequacies but I still don't mind the visual using the phrase "on top of Riz" gives, so...

Someone has some skills pool side
I'm watching the Today show and see that the five surviving members of Monty Python will be at the film Festival for the 40th anniversary of Holy Grail. Will you get to meet them? If you do, PLEASE POST! I'm a huge Monty Python fan. I just read John Cleese's book, which offers a lovely tribute to the late Graham Chapman. What an honor to meet them. I envy you! Thanks!
