Feel Better, John Carpenter

John Carpenter was scheduled to do a Q&A at the Brooklyn Academy of Music this week for a retrospective they're doing of his work, but he's just had to cancel - apparently he's sick. Says BAM:

"Due to an illness, Carpenter is unable to travel. He is expected to recover fully. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are working to reschedule this program."

Well damn, I was close to checking another Favorite Director off on my Seen 'Em List. Get well, John! And don't reschedule it for next week when I'm out of town, please.
