A happy 32 to Riz Ahmed today, seen here having his "You talkin' to me" moment in some 2012 flick called Ill Manors (I can't with that title). I'm glad people took notice of Riz with the very fine terrorism-comedy Four Lions though, cuz how terrific is he in Nightcrawler? The stoned straight man to Jake's high-wire act, he makes the perfect clueless foil.
I hope people continue to pay attention - he doesn't have anything more listed on IMDb after this, which is inexcusable. Come on, Hollywood! Am I gonna have to make like Riz and pop a cap in yo okay I'll stop I'm way too pansy for that rough guy act.
