A Most Violent Year has gold in them thar hills, and it really needs to take advantage of it in its press materials. You wanna get asses (for asses) into the seats? Oh sure this shot of Oscar Isaac in sweatpants is a nice start...
... but they're hiding their greatest asset(s). Put the shot I'm talking about in a trailer or release the clip of that scene and boom, biggest movie of the year. It'll make Titanic look like Thomas the Tank Engine. And as long as we're on the subject...
