Today oughta be a national holiday - the eternal Edith Bouvier Beale was born 97 years ago today! We should all wear our revolutionary costumes and ride racoons down the streets. There needs to at least be fireworks and much staunch hullabaloo for her centennial in three years, I tell ya what.
