I don't know how I missed this last week but The World of Ice & Fire: The Untold History of Westeros, George RR Martin's "fake history book" for the Seven Kingdoms of his maybe-you've-heard-of-it book series called A Song of Ice & Fire, which includes obscure titles such as A Game of Thrones et cetera, came out last Tuesday! It'd been announced so very very long ago that I guess I'd filed it away and the dust of time buried right over my remembrances. Has anybody gotten their copy yet? School me, nerds! Speaking of, nerds and that book that is, my friend Sean wrote up ten things he learned from it for Rolling Stone, you can see that list here. All I am hoping is that there's a passage talking about how it's the destiny of a particular male twin of the Lannister clan to become absolutely crazed with homosexual lust at some point.
