A River Runs Hugh It

Do you think that The River, the title of Hugh Jackman's new play on Broadway which is opening in just a few days, is titled after that gigantic bulging vein in his arm? 

I think he probably calls that vein "the river" because it appears to be bigger than the Mississippi in these first pictures from the play. You can see more here.
