Jason Adams said...: I think that's the case for most people outside of German-speaking countries; I don't know how big a star he was over there but pretty much 95% of his credits before Inglourious Basterds were German (or German-adjacent). I actually have no idea how Tarantino found him, now that you bring it up - I wonder if he auditioned, or if Tarantino knew him from something.; 4:41 PM
