A piece of early concept art for Guardians of the Galaxy was dropped yesterday (left, click to embiggen) that showed what Jason Momoa might've looked like if he'd played Drax in the movie, as was an early possibility. The role ended up going to Dave Bautista of course, and he was terrific. But that doesn't answer the question.
