Tonight, thanks to the Film Comment Selects series that I told you about earlier this week, I'm seeing Ti West's new movie The Sacrament, which is a fake documentary about some reporters infiltrating a South American cult. It stars all the same folks you expect it to if you've seen any of the V/H/S movies or You're Next and so on - Joe Swanberg, Amy Seimetz, AJ Bowen... the usual cast of characters, just Ti's behind the camera this time instead of being stabbed while he sleeps or getting an arrow through his forehead. They released that new poster up top yesterday (I liked the first poster better, though) and today we've got a red-band trailer which you can watch below. Since I'm watching the movie tonight I think I'll skip the trailer; I can hold off for a few hours. Y'all though, you have to wait until May 1st when the movie hits Video On Demand, or June 6th to see it in theaters, so maybe you want this taste. Taste away!
