We were just asking you about your opinions on it yesterday, and now comes word that HBO has just announced they're bringing the show back, hooray! Even though its numbers are about as itty bitty as numbers can be they have been improving over the past couple of weeks, and I can't imagine the show costs very much - plus even if it's not raking in the eyeballs it gets a lot of mouths flapping online and that's got to be a good investment for at least another year. My guess is the show will probably sell well too once they release it on DVD. In also excellent news Russell Tovey's being promoted to a regular, so we can all have more conversations about grabbing him by his adorable ears as he administers oral sex, which is all we really want to talk about every day anyway.

It's slowly getting better but it has to get more interesting quickly if they expect people to come back to it 9 months from now.
I love the show. Something in this last episode had me bawling my eyes out all the way through . And please don't get all Dataloungey on me and say it was because it was so boring....It really was touching and even a bit terrifying in some weird way.
The last episode was definitely the best. I was a little irked by the "Weekend" homage/rip off of the week before although it finally gave Patrick some much needed depth. It works better as an ensemble. I can only take so much of Patrick's insecure self-loathing. Agustin needs to be fleshed out, he's still a bit of a throwaway character. I really like Richie & Kevin. The show could be just about Dom & Doris and I would watch it. And Scott Bakula as Lynn is fantastic.
