Not A Dry Anything In The House

.
The trailer for Darren Aronofsky's Noah popped online today, and if you head over to The Film Experience you can watch it and also I wrote up one of them there "Yes No Maybe So" takes on it that TFE does. Basically, I'm going to see it, I will see anything Darren Aronofsky does, but I'm surprised at how ambivalent I am about the trailer. Then again it's a Bible story starring Russell Crowe, I guess I shouldn't be totally surprised.

Huge Aronofsky fan but this is one I'll pass on. He might just as well made a historic reimagining of Santa Claus or a gritty realistic Tooth Fairy flick!

I was surprised at how unimpressive I found it... it looks like your run-of-the-mill biblical miniseries but with higher production values.

Also, Jennifer Connely and Emma Watson look far too pretty for supposedly prehistoric times.
