That's Jose Pablo Cantillo, better known as Martinez, The Governor's right hand something or other, on The Walking Dead. Yeah I had no idea that was what we were dealing with there either.

Which is what I get for only half paying attention when I'm watching The Walking Dead (but come on, so much of that show can be so fucking tedious), because they actually had JPC shirtless on the show before. He took it off as one of the members of Zombie Fight Club last year. I guess the first rule of Zombie Fight Club is you immediately forget that Zombie Fight Club existed.
