The good (eatin') doctor is in - it's Mads Mikkelsen's 48th birthday today, and I wanna know what they put in the water over there in Dane-land that 48 can look so sturdy. If all goes to plan and I visit the Hannibal set after the holidays (fingers and toes and intestines crossed!) I will make sure to ask Mads that myself. These shots are from the 2009 film The Door - I was kind enough to photo-shop out the gigantic fake bruise that Mads is sporting in this scene, because yuck not sexy, gigantic bruises.
