That picture is from my favorite Karen Black performance. Scary as hell. The day after we saw it, I put a little troll doll in one of my housemate's bed. She literally shrieked when she saw it.

There's a v funny gay short film parody of that amazing story from "Trilogy of Terror". It's called "Karen Black Like Me", and involves a cursed dildo. A large cursed dildo. Saw it years ago at DC's "Reel Affirmations" festival, but have never been able to find a copy.
