Sufjan Stevens' new boxed-set of Christmas music called Silver & Gold is out today - five cds (or albums) worth of holiday songs from the magical little elfin music man. I got my copy over the weekend (it got delivered early, strangely slash awesomely) and have already gotten myself into the festive spirit with it more than once. Really I haven't come anywhere close cracking everything it's got to offer - did I mention there are five cds worth of music here? - but I can definitely say that I do love this song you can hear below.

And this is of course his second five cd box-set of Christmas music - if you don't have Vol. 1-5, called Songs For Christmas, you can buy that here. Why listen to anything other than Sufjan for the next two months? There is literally no need to. .
