Moonrise Kingdom is in my ever so unhumble Wes Anderson's best movie since The Royal Tenenbaums... and I say that as someone who's at the very least liked everything he's put out since The Royal Tenenbaums (I straight-up loved Fantastic Mr. Fox). You can read my review back here. It's a film that I found infinitely touching, filled with sweetness and sourness and note-perfect weirdness. The love story of Suzy and Sam is one for the ages. Anyway it's out on DVD today so I think you should go buy it, is my point.
