I Am Link

.
--- Coulson Lives - So Clark Gregg will be on the Joss Whedon's televised Avengers spin-off S.H.I.E.L.D., somehow. If you've seen The Avengers, this perks up your ears. Or not. Who am I to speak for you?

--- Body Horror Boy - There's a chat with David Cronenberg's son Brandon about his Cronenberian horror film Antiviral over at The Film Experience. Def. wanting to see this movie, I am.

--- October's End - There's a new poster for Edgar Wright's The World's End, and a release date - October 25th, 2013. I know what I'll be doing next Halloween!

--- Stripper Picker - There's fun Magic Mike time to be had over at the movie's Facebook page, where you can play an online quiz to see which guy you'd match up with. Any extra time I can spend thinking about this movie, I will do.

--- And Speaking Of posters, the NYCC propaganda-like one for Guillermo Del Toro's Pacific Rim can be seen over at DH, plus official word that there will be a trailer attached to The Hobbit.

--- Snake Smitten - I've long admired the title and everything about the marketing for the 1973 snake-attack flick Sssssss, but I've never seen the movie itself. That must change now that Stale Popcorn went and told me that it's not only not half bad but it's also filled with guys in their underpants and ridiculous Hitchcock homages.

--- Movie Palace - Slash has some info on the NYC Alamo Drafthouse, which apparently isn't going to open until 2014. They're killing me here. The location up in Yonkers however will be open this Spring. I'm glad I moved so far uptown then.

--- And finally, here's a Funny or Die video that basically exists just to watch Enver Gjokaj stretch in spandex, and act kinda gay. In other words, all you want from everything, ever. (thanks Mac) Can somebody give him a real job please? Here's a couple grabs:
