Yesterday was Hunter Parrish's 25th birthday, so a belated one to the Weeds actor and hopeful Finnick. He tweets about The Hunger Games constantly. Shouldn't we be hearing more casting news soon anyway? Lord knows they drove Gary Ross away with their crazed schedule to get the next movies out as quickly as possible. Since I've been casting and recasting Finnick every day since first reading Catching Fire I'm sort of ready for them to make their choice and be done with it. Let the sexy chips fall where they may!

I hope he's not Finnick. I'm with you're first idea that it needs to be Hemsworth the Elder. I actually read the character as being in his forties initially so I had this whole other idea in mind. Who exactly, I'm not sure, but Hunter ain't it. I know that for sure.
