nice list. I like how varied it is.


Though, sadly, I didn't like The Future. I thought I would. I loved so many of the observations and it made me cry, laugh, etc. But just.... the overall film had such a weird tone and so much of it was so ludacrous that is somehow lessened the impact of what worked. It also had the dreaded feeling that the people behind it were trying way too hard. Miranda July is really talented and I think she sees things that other artists (even great ones) don't really "get". However, I wish she was a better storyteller.
