--- Telekinetic Debacle - Nat took that "Chloe Moretz is Carrie White!" news to task by making an actual intelligent argument about her fundamental wrongness for the role instead of just making a resigned snarky sigh like I did.

--- PTA Meeting - We'd heard that Paul Thomas Anderson's next movie the "Is it is or is it ain't a take on Scientology?" movie The Master was going to come out in October and now we've got confirmation - October 12th, to be exact. At least limited-ly. Which means New York, I win!
--- Closet Hamm - Far be it from me not to link to a video of Jon Hamm getting molested in a closet by a gay tickle spider.

--- Pretty Future - The Wachowskis are currently making that Cloud Atlas movie with Tom Tykwer I guess (somebody re-encourage me to pick that book back up; I got ten pages in and stalled a few months ago) but they're already lining up their next project - it's called Jupiter Ascending and it's a sci-fi flick but they're being all secretive as to what it's about. They want it to star Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis though, so appraently it's about very very hot people doing something.
--- On The Wall - The trailers have been so obnoxiously awful that I have to admit I'm surprised to hear Glenn lavish such praise on Tarsem's Mirror Mirror - he, like me, has long admired Tarsem though so I think I should listen. Also, Armie Hammer, yes.

--- Snow Man - Thing to read later that I haven't read yet: an interview at AICN with Donald Sutherland, currently seen slithering his way through a really bright rose garden in The Hunger Games.
--- And finally, I love this behind-the-scenes gallery of pictures from The Avengers so much I couldn't choose just one, so here's three. Joss plus Renner and Hemwsorth biceps, ho!

That Donald Sutherland interview was AAAAA-mazing. Every time that I think I couldn't possibly love the man more, he finds new depths in being awesome.
Also, if you need motivation to Read Cloud Atlas, I'd be interested in picking it up, we could have a MNPP read along. It'd be awesome.
