It is Shadows and Fog, and in that movie "Jodie Foster, Kathy Bates and Lily Tomlin sit around in a whorehouse drinking and laughing about their Johns," plus Donald Pleasance is in the movie and that's him seen there in that shot. Jee Jay said...: Elephant Man came to my mind because of the the spooky b&w, the curtains which suggested a sideshow tent, and the feet and the beakers suggested a lab/morgue.
