Peek A Boo

.

Today in my first post for The Film Experience's "Oscar Horrors" series I'm taking a look at Eiko Ishioka's award-winning costumes for Francis For Coppola's Bram Stoker's Dracula. Check it out right here.

The images you see here and over there I took from the great little doc on the film's costumes called "The Costumes Are The Sets," which is on the DVD for the movie. If I were asked to name my favorite movie costumes at least seventy of them would be from this movie. At least seventy! Each one is crazier and more delectable than the one before it. BSD is one of the movies that turned me into the horror fanatic you know and loathe today so it'll always hold a special place in my grim ghoulish heart.

I'd be more impressed if she hadn't stolen from herself for "The Cell"
