ETA The internet has come through! A wonderful commenter, we'll call them "anonymous" since that's what they called themselves, shares that these are pictures not from a movie but of Jesse in real life hanging out at Sundance in 2004! Is it from "Happy Endings"?
Not unless it's from a cut scene, it's def. not in the movie as released. Plus it seems like he's a little bigger and hairier in Happy Endings.
I haven't been able to figure it our for sure but I think it could be the movie I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell, which is supposed to be so awful it makes eyeballs commit suicide. If so I might have to take one for the team for this business.
