Quotes of the Day

.
I can't decide which of these two completely unrelated quotes are funnier, aka more psychotic, so I'll just share them both here. First up here's Michael Shannon talking about the challenge of playing General Zod in Zach Snyder's Superman movie Man of Steel opposite a well-packaged Henry Cavill:

"To me, [being a General is] such an interesting kind of iconoclastic character. I can't imagine even being a Sergeant, let alone a General. He's in charge of the entire miltary of Krypton. That's going to take every little shred of imagination that I have."

He is such a weirdo! God I love him. And next up, here's some model on why she dropped out of playing a whore in the second season of A Game of Thrones:

"They said they would give me skin patches for my breasts. But when I got there they wanted me to be fully topless and in the scene I had to strip off. So I pulled out at the last minute… [it] looked like it was going to basically be soft porn... It was my own fault really because I didn’t research the show properly. The money was amazing and the idea of it all was so glamorous but I’m glad I walked away because now I have my dignity intact.”

Right. Remember that, girls! Your boobs are totally undignified. But I mean... how does she expect them to talk about the long line of throne succession without some ta-ta's flopping around? It's called storytelling, woman.
